The laser welding production line for all-aluminum home panels consists of four parts: automatic material arrangement, feeder, laser welding machine, grinding and polishing equipment, and whole-plate cutting machine. Laser welding has a small heat-affected zone for all-aluminum home panels, small material deformation, small welds that are easy to polish, and can obtain narrow melting zones and heat-affected zones as well as welds with large melting depths; the cooling speed is fast, the weld structure is fine, so the welding joint performance is good; the welding energy is controllable, the reliability is high, and it has high adaptability to different requirements; it can perform micro-welding or achieve long-distance transmission, does not require a vacuum device, and is conducive to mass automated production.
