The design adopts a single-head long-arm welding machine structure, equipped with a welding mold that automatically moves along the X and Y axes. You only need to input the coordinate data of the welding product position, the welding current and other data, and start the equipment to automatically complete the product welding. You only need to manually place and remove the workpiece. It can be equipped with an ordinary AC pulse power supply or an energy-saving and environmentally friendly medium-frequency inverter power supply.

The equipment has a simple structure and is easy to combine. It can be matched with different welding equipment at will; the servo motor drives the X and Y axes to run in the PLC data preset program, and can store up to 5,000 welding point positions and up to 32 sets of welding specifications (it can store the welding positions and welding currents of 18 types of meshes). It has a good welding effect on iron wire mesh, door panel reinforcement, and air conditioner back panels.
