1. High precision: intelligent "S"-shaped speed curve, encoder, servo motor form closed-loop wire feeding control system, diameter tolerance less than 0.5 mm, completely solves the problem of circle diameter accuracy of traditional mechanical or hydraulic circle machines.
2. High precision also comes from excellent wire feeding method. The wire feeding system is composed of imported servo and imported planetary gear reducer; it should be noted that the wire feeding wheel feeds wire in "double drive" mode.
3. The welding system is also stable and reliable, with imported moving parts, and its performance is far superior to ordinary pneumatic butt welding machines.
4. The circle diameter size is fully automatically adjusted. The circle adjustment system is composed of 2 servo motors, imported ball screws and imported linear guides.
5. Suitable for circle and butt welding of low, medium and high carbon steel, spring steel and galvanized steel; if equipped with TIG welding unit, it can be used for circle and butt welding of stainless steel and titanium.
6. Although the system is complex, it is very simple and easy to use. The human-machine interface is clear at a glance, and the "running code" can help the operator judge any mistakes in the operation.
